Haisheng Wei is a senior partner at Dentons. He focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate matters, mergers and acquisition and reorganization, finance, securities and capital markets, bonds and VC/PE funds. His clients include dozens of large and medium enterprises, banks, guarantee companies, small loan companies, pawnshops, trust companies and other financial or class financial institutions, including the Bank of Xingye, Bonding Company of Hua Shang Shanxi and Shanxi Trust Company. He has experience in financial law, and has played an important role in promoting the development of financial business law in Shanxi Province. He is also experienced in public welfare.

He has been recognized as an "Outstanding young lawyer of the fourth session in Taiyuan" (2007); an "Outstanding Lawyer in Shanxi" (2008); one of the top "Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers in Taiyuan" (2008); and most recently, as an "Excellent arbitrator in Taiyuan" (2015). He also been named the honorary president of Longcheng Lawyer Hope primary school in Loufan county, (2012).
